NEXCO East Japan and NEXCO Central Japan will launch the “Shinshu Meguri Free Pass,” a special discount plan for ETC vehicles that allows unlimited travel on expressways in Nagano Prefecture at a fixed price. The period of use is a maximum of two or three consecutive days after April 1.
The “Shinshu Meguri Free Pass” offers three plans: the “Tokyo Metropolitan Area Departure Plan,” the “Nagoya Departure Plan,” and the “Round Trip Plan. All plans include discounts on admission fees to tourist facilities in Nagano Prefecture. In addition, visitors who respond to a questionnaire after using the tour will be entered into a drawing to win gifts, including PR character “Alkuma” goods for Nagano Prefecture.
The fees for the 2-day plan departing from the Tokyo metropolitan area are 8,700 yen for a standard car and 6,600 yen for a mini car, etc., and 9,700 yen for a standard car and 7,600 yen for a mini car, etc., for the 3-day plan departing from Nagoya are 10,000 yen for a standard car and 8,000 yen for a mini car, etc., and 11,000 yen for a standard car and 9,000 yen for a mini car, etc., for the 3-day plan, and 5,600 yen for a standard car and 4,600 yen for a mini car, etc. for the 2-day round-trip plan. The 2-day tour plan is 5,600 yen for a standard car and 4,600 yen for a mini car, etc.
