Matsue Tourism Association in Shimane Prefecture has announced the “Matsue Castle: Cherry Blossoms and Samurai Season 2023.

Starting with the “Matsue Castle Festival, a National Treasure” to be held from March 25 to April 9, various events will be held during the period, including the “16th Lord Yoshiharu Horio Matsue Samurai Procession,” which will be held for the first time in four years, and the first spin-off project of the Samurai Procession, “Castle Inside: Sudden Period Drama.
