Tokyu Land Corporation has announced the outline of the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya, a hotel to be located in the Shibuya Sakura Stage complex, which is under construction as part of the redevelopment project in the Sakuragaoka Exit area of Shibuya Station. The hotel is scheduled to open in February 2024.

Hyatt House is a serviced apartment for mid- to long-term residents, featuring “home-like amenities” such as a kitchen, washer/dryer, and microwave oven. This will be the brand’s first entry into Japan, and will be located on the 1st to 3rd and 6th to 16th floors of SAKURA Tower in the B district (SAKURA side) of Shibuya Sakura Stage.

Rooms will range in size from approximately 32 to 85 square meters and will be equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and microwave oven. The hotel will also have a lounge/bar, indoor pool, restaurant, fitness center, and multi-function room. The hotel will have 126 guest rooms.
