ANA has announced the service details of its new AirJapan brand for medium-haul international flights. Here we introduce the seats. It is designed by Acumen (UK) and manufactured by Safran.
The company’s aircraft is a Boeing 787-8, with 324 seats, all in economy class. Seat pitch is 32 inches (81 cm) with more legroom, and the seat surfaces are made in Japan of soft textured leather.
In addition to the folding table, it has a smartphone/tablet holder on it and one USB Type-A/C port each for its charging.
