On February 24, Times24 launched a service that allows users to make payments from their official LINE account for Times Parking, a parking facility operated by the company that is attached to commercial facilities.
At commercial facilities, there are examples of parking ticket services issuing QR codes, which can be read through the Times Club LINE official account (@973qgwbv), allowing immediate exit if the parking fee is 0 yen.
As for the background of the service, the company states that many facility users pay no parking fees for shopping and eating/drinking, and the introduction of this service will eliminate the need to stop and wait in line at a checkout machine.
The facility to be launched on February 24 is Times SuperValue Setagaya Matsubara, an ancillary facility of the SuperValue Setagaya Matsubara supermarket. The company plans to introduce the service to other facilities in the future.
