Milk soap event “Akabako AWA-YA” in Kyoto. Collaboration with Yojiya / foam pack experience / limited sweets, etc.

Posted on February 26, 2023 by News Admin

Milk Soap Kyoshinsha will hold “Akabako AWA-YA in KYOTO,” an event where visitors can experience the world of Cow Brand Akabako, from March 10 to 21 at the Sphera Building (17 Benzaiten-cho, west side of Nawate-dori Shinbashi-agaru, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City).

This year’s real event, the first in three and a half years, will feature a variety of Kyoto-like events, including a rickshaw with a red box design and collaborations with the long-established cosmetics brand Yojiya and the popular doughnut store koé donuts kyoto.

The venue is decorated in a “handmade bubble factory” theme, with fluffy bubbles and red as the base color, creating a photogenic space.

In addition, nearby public bathhouses will give away “Red Box AWA-YA Original Tenugui Hand Towels” designed by Kyoto Seika University students (exchange coupons will be distributed to visitors).

The “Red Box Room” at Umekoji Potel Kyoto (15 Kankiji-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) will also feature a limited-time-only accommodation plan and a collaborative menu from the attached cafe.

Participation in the “Red Box AWA-YA in KYOTO” is by advance reservation only from 12:00 to 19:00 (last slot at 18:20). Reservations are accepted through the reservation page on the official LINE account. For more details, please check the special event website.
