New “Mina Tenjin” opens on April 28. Approximately 30 stores open, including Kyushu’s largest UNIQLO and Loft relocation.

Fast Retailing has set April 28 as the opening date for Mina Tenjin (4-3-8 Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City), which is undergoing renovation in front of Tenjin Station. After undergoing a complete renovation to integrate it with the adjacent commercial facility “North Tenjin,” it will be reborn as a large-scale commercial facility with a total sales floor area of over 6,700 tsubo.

Utilizing the scale of the floor, Kyushu’s largest UNIQLO, GU, and Fukuoka’s first business model store will open, and Tenjin Loft, which will close on March 12, will relocate to Mina Tenjin, with approximately 30 stores.

The walls of the first to third floors have been replaced with glass, giving the building a new, brighter appearance that blends in with the cityscape while retaining the atmosphere of the building’s 1973 construction. The temporary enclosure will be removed in March, and the building will be open to the public before its opening.
