Mitsui Fudosan will renovate Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Shonan Hiratsuka (10-1 Amanuma, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture) for the first time since its opening.

To meet the diverse needs of customers, the store lineup has been expanded to include approximately 20 stores, including the first store in Hiratsuka City, new business models, and renovations, opening sequentially from March 17.

The food court “Shonan Food Hall” has an expanded family area with box seats and fully private baby care rooms. The outdoor plaza “Sora no Hiroba” has undergone major renovations, including the installation of artificial grass for children to play safely, making it a more childcare and family-friendly facility.

In addition, a new symbol of the facility will be a mural artwork created by Louise, an artist from Hiratsuka City, and Sugar, a designer, at the “Sky Plaza.

In addition, the company will work to strengthen regional cooperation through the Shonan Bellmare sports team, Shonan Seaside, and the community space SHONAN TREE HOUSE.
