In conjunction with the “Car Next Samurai Japan Series 2023 Nagoya” to be held at the Bantelindome Nagoya on March 4, JTB will offer a 2-day/1-night “Samurai Japan Cheering Tour with Naoyuki Shimizu on the Shinkansen Charter Train”. The tour will be held in conjunction with the “Carnext Samurai Japan Series 2023 Nagoya” to be held in Nagoya, Japan. The tour is available online from 12:00 p.m. on September 9 (first-come, first-served).

Naoyuki Shimizu, who represented Japan in the 2006 WBC, will ride in one chartered Tokaido Shinkansen train car on the outbound trip (from Tokyo Station to Nagoya). He will entertain tour participants with special decorations and in-train events (participants will make their own arrangements for the return flight).

There are three courses (A-C) with different hotel accommodations, all of which include tickets to the Samurai Japan vs. the Chunichi Dragons game (S reserved infield seats) and not-for-sale Samurai Japan cheering merchandise. During the game, you can also enjoy live commentary by Mr. Shimizu.

In addition, one lucky tour participant will be selected in a drawing to receive a gift item autographed by a member of the Samurai Japan team. For details on how to apply, please check the tour page.
