Most home roasting machines are small and tend to produce uneven roasting, making it difficult to roast delicious coffee at home. This time, we focused on this difficulty and developed our original technology, the “vortex hot-air method.
While most conventional small hot-air roasters generate airflow from the top down, this product generates airflow that rotates 360 degrees like a tornado. This allows the green beans with more moisture to move downward and those with less moisture to move upward, thus realizing roasting with less unevenness even in a small space.
Operation is completed with a single button. It also has a skeleton design for visual enjoyment of roasting. The time can be set in 10-second increments, and the rapid cooling function automatically starts after roasting. It is also equipped with a chaff tray, making chaff cleaning painless. The size is compact, with a height of 27.5 cm.
