Smileacene will open the “Dinosaur Mini Museum” (free admission) in the “Stone Hunter Iseshima” (1-308-1 Toba, Toba, Mie Prefecture), a treasure hunting experience facility.
Under the supervision of the Toba Dinosaur Research Promotion Association, various dinosaur goods and fossil replicas are exhibited, centering on the Toba Dragon discovered in 1996. Visitors are greeted at the entrance by a powerful Tyrannosaurus, the strongest carnivorous dinosaur, and can also enjoy the experience of cleaning ammonite fossils inside the museum.
Other activities at Stone Hunter Ise-Shima include a hands-on experience of mining more than 30 types of power stones (2,000 yen per pair per mine/ 800 yen per person per river), and turning the gems found into accessories on the spot.
