Posted on February 12, 2023 by News Admin

Harasawa Apple Orchard will open “Orchard Glamping Villa HARASAWA” (2226-4 Fuse, Minakami-cho, Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture) in April. In advance of this, the company began accepting reservations at resortglamping.com.

Minakami Town is known for its apples with high sugar content due to the melting snow nurtured by Mt. Tanigawa and the climate conditions ideal for apple cultivation with a large temperature difference between day and night. The facility consists of only two buildings on a 30,000 m2 apple orchard overlooking the Tanigawa Federation. Glamping Villa “The Apple” is a two-story Scandinavian-style log house made of Finnish pine, and can accommodate up to six people. The glamping cottage “Plum” is dog-friendly.

For the meal, a glamping BBQ using plenty of ripe apples from the apple orchard was prepared. Enjoy Gunma’s brand beef “Jyoshu beef” and local sausage with homemade sauce filled with grated apples. Hamburgers and hot sandwiches with fresh sweet homemade jam are also available.

In addition, visitors can enjoy an outdoor sauna experience in an apple orchard. You can enjoy an authentic Finnish sauna, and the aroma of the self-launched sauna is apple-scented. During the harvest season, visitors can also enjoy an outdoor sauna in the apple orchard.

If you go by public transportation, a free shuttle service from Jomo Kogen Station is also available. Advance reservations are required, so if you wish to be picked up, you need to fill in the remarks column when making a reservation.
