The Minato Mirai 21 Sakura Festa 2023 Executive Committee will hold “Minato Mirai 21 Sakura Festa 2023” at Sakura-dori and other surrounding facilities. The event will be held from March 18 to 26.
This will be the 12th time the event has been held, and will be held after sufficient measures have been taken to prevent the spread of infection. Sakura-dori Avenue, the main venue of the event, is lined with 102 cherry trees stretching approximately 500 meters from JR Sakuragi-cho Station to Yokohama Landmark Tower and Pacifico Yokohama, and is one of the famous cherry blossom viewing spots where beautiful someiyoshino cherry trees in light red and white colors bloom every year.
During the period, the surrounding facilities will be lit up and related events will be held. On March 25, Sakura-dori will be opened as a pedestrian paradise with a gourmet street and product exhibition.
