Mobility Technologies will begin offering GO Ticket, a digital cab ticket function, on its GO BUSINESS service for corporate users of the GO cab app (Android/iOS version) around spring 2023.
This is the first digital cab ticketing initiative utilizing a cab app in Japan. The management screen will issue tickets and manage the trail, while the app will allow users to register the shared ticket code/URL as a payment method for dispatch and payment.
The system eliminates the need for ordering booklets and transporting actual tickets, as is the case with conventional paper cab tickets, and allows “GO” and “GO BUSINESS” to manage a series of cab tickets, thereby preventing loss and unauthorized use of tickets.
To commemorate the launch of this service, the company will also offer a campaign offering two months of free “GO Ticket” service for those who apply by April 30.
