East Japan Railway Company (JR East) will be switching tracks at Shibuya Station to make the inner and outer platforms of the Yamanote Line the same. In conjunction with this work, the old Oyama Kaido intersection from the Shibuya Station intersection (scramble intersection) to the Miyamasuzaka intersection will be closed to through traffic.
The period is from midnight to 9:00 a.m. on January 7 and from 10:00 p.m. on January 7 to 9:00 a.m. on the following day, January 8. Lane restrictions will also be in place during other times.
