It was the first time in my life to try Yangji nectar, and when I drank it, I found that it was not too thick, not too thin, and had an exquisite thick texture. The tapioca is smaller than I expected and not too assertive. Incidentally, this tapioca contains not only starch but also konjac, which is said to be richer in dietary fiber and healthier than regular tapioca. Normally, I would like to go to Taiwan during the mango season and order tapioca at a drink stand on the street, but I am glad that it is readily available in Japan and can be kept in the refrigerator for drinking at any time of the year.
