NEXCO East Japan will close the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line to traffic during nighttime hours for the purpose of inspections of the structure and construction work to prevent tunnel spalling. The closure period will be from January 23 to 30, 2023, for five weekdays and nights from 23:00 to 5:00 each day.
The affected areas are the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line from Kawasaki Ukishima JCT to Kisarazu Kanada Interchange (up and down lines) and the Aqua-Connection Road from Sodegaura Interchange to Kisarazu Kanada Interchange (up line). The Ukishima IC entrance will be closed, so the Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route cannot be used from this IC.
