Club Med has opened the mountain resort “Club Med Hokkaido Kilolo” (650 Tokiwa, Akaigawa-mura, Yoichi-gun, Hokkaido). Use is limited to those aged 12 and older.
Located approximately 30 km from Otaru, visitors can experience snow and nature on the slopes. The resort’s ski school is SIA certified and offers 7 skiing classes by level and 5 snowboarding classes. Guests can participate in lessons with instructors from around the world at no extra charge. In addition, guests can enjoy snow trekking, yoga and other fitness activities, an outdoor hot spring bath, and a swimming pool.
Club Med Kilolo Peak has 126 rooms and Club Med Kilolo Grand has 261 rooms. The facilities also include two specialty restaurants, one Asian and the other serving yakiniku (barbeque). Rates start at 42,000 yen per person.
