The “Land of Light” is an annual project that decorates the European cityscape spread out in the park with illuminations. This year, the Art Garden will be illuminated in full color for the first time, creating an aurora-like effect. The “World of Silver Light” lighting ceremony will be held every night at Amsterdam Square, where the lights will be turned on simultaneously with the singing of international artists. New pyro launches and snowflakes will be added to create an even more fantastic silvery-white world.
In addition, Japan’s first three-story merry-go-round “Sky Carousel” will open on December 22. From a height of about 15 meters, visitors can look out over the illuminated cityscape. Other winter events include the “Flower Passage,” a silvery-white version decorated with orchids and other white flowers, and the “New Year Celebration Fireworks,” a 2,000-shot display to celebrate the beginning of the new year.
