Kasumigaseki Capital will open “FAV TOKYO Nishi-Nippori” (5-31-6 Nishi-Nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo) on December 21.
Located about a 4-minute walk from JR Nishi-Nippori Station, the hotel has a total of 24 guest rooms. The hotel’s only suite room has an area of 46m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. They are equipped with a counter kitchen and a glass-walled bathroom with a view of Tokyo Sky Tree.
Users will receive an original sightseeing book, “FAV Tabi MAP ~NISHINIPPORI NEW GUIDE~,” which includes spots to experience the culture and art of the surrounding area. The hotel also offers “heralobony rooms” designed by artists with intellectual disabilities.
On the first floor, there will be a café where visitors can taste “Coffee Supreme,” a specialty coffee roaster from New Zealand. Using the “SUPREME BLEND,” the cafe will offer espresso drinks, drip coffee, soft drinks, craft beer, doughnuts, and more.
