Weathernews has updated its WeatherNews app, adding risks related to snow-covered roads to the “Driving Risk Forecast” feature.
The “Driving Risk Forecast,” which allows users to check driving risks due to weather conditions, displays items to watch out for by section on a driving route. In addition to the above, the “Driving Risk Forecast” now includes snow-related risks based on Weathernews’ own survey data, and shows the degree of risk of poor visibility and slipping. The “Driving Risk Forecast” can be used by non-paying members.
