Seibu Railway will make a temporary stop at Ashigakubo Station for the limited express “Chichibu” on weekends and holidays from January 7 to February 23. The train will stop at nine down trains and six up trains, and on weekdays it will pass through as usual.

The “Ashigakubo Hyobashira” is located a 10-minute walk from Ashigakubo Station, and numbered tickets for viewing the illuminated icicles, which normally require reservations, will be distributed at the station to railroad users (limited quantity). However, an admission fee of 500 yen for adults and 300 yen for children is required.

Also, on January 31 and February 4, there will be a walking event where visitors can earn “SEIBU Smile POINT” from the Seibu Group. Participation is free, but an admission fee is required.
