Posted on December 9, 2022 by News Admin

Rakuten Card opened the Rakuten Card Waikiki Lounge exclusively for Rakuten Card members at Hawaii International Marketplace (2330 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI) on December 5. Hours of operation are from 10:00 to 20:00.

The lounge has been located at T Galleria Hawaii by DFS since August 1, 2017, but will be relocated and newly opened at the International Marketplace. The Rakuten Card Ala Moana Lounge and Rakuten Card Waikiki Lounge will be the two Rakuten Card Hawaii Lounges.

All services in the lounge are free of charge and include beverage service, use of massage chairs, and temporary luggage storage for the day. A kids’ space, nursing room, and baby strollers are also available for rent.

The Waikiki Lounge will be located in Queen’s Court on the first floor of International Marketplace, a shopping center with more than 80 stores, and will offer approximately 120 seats in a lounge with more than 450 square meters of space, including a 30 square meter kids’ area.

In addition, the “Rakuten Travel Desk” of Rakuten Group’s travel reservation service “Rakuten Travel” will be available. Local staff will provide restaurant and spa reservation services as well as optional tours such as airport transfers, island environment, marine sports, cruises, and shows. The Rakuten Travel Desk is open from 10:00 to 18:00.
