KANKUMA FERRY resumes passenger handling on December 16. Connecting Shimonoseki to Busan, South Korea

Kankusai Ferry, which connects Shimonoseki with Busan, South Korea, has suspended passenger service since March 1, 2020 due to the spread of the new coronavirus, but will resume passenger service on December 16 following the deregulation of waterfront measures.

For reservations, the number of passengers will be restricted for the time being in accordance with the basic corona response policy. In addition, passengers with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, coughing, fatigue, etc., those who are under quarantine or in close contact with a person infected with the new coronavirus, those who are using antipyretics, cold medicine, painkillers, etc., those who have not applied for K-ETA (visa waiver nationals, including Japan), and those who have not applied for fast track via Visit Japan Those who have not applied for Fast Track via the web are not allowed to board the ship.
