Jing Roku Redevelopment and Tokyu Land Corporation announced that a commercial facility consisting of commercial floors owned by Tokyu Land Corporation will open in the spring of 2024 in the Jingumae 6-chome Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, which is currently underway.
Taking advantage of its location at the Jingumae intersection, the building will create a safe pedestrian space that connects the bustling areas of Omotesando and Meiji streets, while taking into consideration the surrounding residential environment. The building’s exterior and rooftop design is by architect Akihisa Hirata.
In the Harajuku/Jingumae area, where various creators have long gathered and created free expression and culture, the company aims to provide a “creative consumption experience” and become a “new culture transmission center” that is not a short-term fad.
