Reservations are now being accepted for Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo SCORE. Experience hotel with shared lounge, sauna and gaming room.

Posted on November 30, 2022 by News Admin

RNT Hotels, the hotel business arm of Royal Holdings, will change the name of Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Oshiage (1-10-3 Oshiage, Sumida-ku, Tokyo) to Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo SCORE, combining the functionality of a shared office with the cozy atmosphere of a lounge. The hotel will make its grand opening on December 27 as an experiential hotel with a shared lounge, sauna, gaming room, and other facilities. The hotel will also begin accepting reservations for lodging on its official website.

In this renewal, the Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo’s concept of creating a comfortable space will be retained, and the 5th, 6th, and 13th floors will each have their own floor concept to create an experience-oriented hotel. The 5th floor will be a shared lounge where people can interact with each other, the 13th floor will be a space concept floor where people can immerse themselves in culture, and the 6th floor will be a rest area with a sauna to provide a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the breakfast menu at Sizzler, a salad bar and grill restaurant, will be renewed.

Culture Convenience Club (CCC), which operates TSUTAYA, designed the space for the share lounge and concept floor. The share lounge offers a place to interact through various cultures, while the concept floor offers a place to meet, explore, and enjoy culture.

In the concept floor on the 13th floor, each room has its own theme: “BOOK,” “VISION,” “GAME,” and “JAPAN. The design utilizes the strengths of the CCC Group, including books and home electronics. Artwork in common areas such as the hallways was also directed to embody culture throughout the entire floor.

Rates start at 27,000 yen (tax not included) for a Standard Book Room for two people.
