Rakuten Travel resumed reservations for some prefectures in Japan on November 24 with nationwide travel support.
Eligible Prefectures
Domestic Lodging: Shiga, Oita, Kagoshima (mainland and remote islands)
Domestic Tours： Kagoshima Prefecture (Remote Islands)
The National Travel Assistance program subsidizes 40% of the travel price (up to 8,000 yen per night for travel products with transportation/up to 5,000 yen for other travel products) and grants coupons (3,000 yen on weekdays/1,000 yen on holidays) that can be used to purchase souvenirs and other items.
In addition to the above, Rakuten Travel offers “up to 60% savings” by adding a 5% point rebate for application reservations (entry required) and up to 15% off with a coupon. Please check the website for details.
