JR West will release the “Winter Kansai 1-Day Pass.
Unlimited one-day unlimited rides on any JR ordinary train within the Kansai Free Tour Zone, Osaka Suijo Bus (Aqua Liner) and Ewaka Kotsu Bus (Hamaotsu Line (from Katada Station to Otsu Station), Hiyoshidai Line (from Hieizan Sakamoto Station to Saikyoji Temple), Cable Line (from Hieizan Sakamoto Station to Cable Sakamoto Station), Katada Machinai Line (from Katada Station to Katada Demachi), Lake Biwa Bridge Line (shuttle bus and Oku-Hiei Driveway Line) are unlimited rides for one day.
In addition to this, the package includes one use of the Eki-Rin-kun rental bike and a voucher that can be exchanged for either a Biwako ticket, a Koyasan ticket, a Kashihara/Asuka ticket, or an Arima Onsen ticket.
Sales will be from November 24 to February 27, 2023, and the period of use is from December 1 to February 28, 2023. The price will be 3,600 yen for adults and 1,800 yen for children, and can be purchased through JR West’s online reservation service “e5489” and Midorino ticket vending machines at some stations in the Kansai free tour section, Wakayama and Fukuchiyama areas.
