Posted on November 16, 2022 by News Admin

IBARAKI FLOWER PARK ILLUMINATION 2022 (November 12 – December 30) IBARAKI FLOWER PARK offers not only viewing but also participating activities in the light production. Visitors can enjoy the 60-meter-long rose tunnel as a “corridor of light,” or become a part of the illumination by making light items such as catsuits and ball wreaths that can be carried around. Also, until December 31, the “Ishioka, Tsuchiura, Tsukuba Area Sightseeing Tour Bus” is in operation with Ibaraki Flower Park as its base. It is part of the Ibaraki Pre-Destination Campaign and offers unlimited rides for 1,000 yen per day.

Suigo Cherry Blossom Illumination (December 1 – January 15, 2023) The illumination of Dutch-shaped windmills can be seen at Kasumigaura General Park. Approximately 230,000 bulbs are used to represent local resources such as Kasumigaura, Tsuchiura’s fireworks and lotus fields.
