NEXCO East Japan’s Hokkaido Branch has launched the “HOKKAIDO LOVE! Winter Toku Furipass,” an ETC round-trip discount that allows unlimited travel on expressways in the applicable area. The discount is valid from November 18 to April 3, 2023 (excluding December 28 to January 4).
The range of use is divided into three areas: North Hokkaido, East Hokkaido, and South Hokkaido, and the fees for each are as follows.
