As part of the “JAL Furusato Project,” JAL introduces local products and provides tourist information at JAL Plaza Yurakucho, the only ticket counter in the city.
As the first step of the regional PR campaign, Kirishima City and Ibusuki City in Kagoshima Prefecture will be featured. Posters and flyers will be displayed to introduce the traditional craft of “Satsuma Kiriko” and “Honkare Honbushi” (dried bonito flakes), a local food.
In addition, in cooperation with Kagoshima Yurakukan, an antenna store near JAL Plaza Yurakucho, 300 customers who purchase a domestic flight ticket at JAL Plaza Yurakucho will receive an exchange coupon for specialties that can be picked up at Kagoshima Yurakukan. The exchange of specialties will be available on December 28.
