The Farm Resort “THE FARM” (1309-29 Nishitabe, Katori City, Chiba Prefecture) has opened a winter-only “glamping sauna” in the park. A sauna experience event “Night Sauna Village” is also being held for guests until November 30.
THE FARM has a campground where you can enjoy a one-day BBQ in the great outdoors, a natural hot spring, and a café, etc. Until the end of February, a glamping sauna using Nordisk’s Asgard one-pole tent and Sabotta tent sauna will be available. After changing into a sauna poncho and entering the tent, you can cool down by lying down on the river that flows in front of you after sweating hard in the self-launge. The open-air location is said to be refreshing.
At the “Night Sauna Village,” which is only for guests staying at the hotel, visitors can casually experience the pleasures of sauna, such as mini-auf-gous by heat wave masters and aromatic water waxing at the Ofuro Café Karin no Yu, which was renovated in the spring of 2022. In addition to tasting fresh vegetable sticks and special detox water from the farm, roasted marshmallows by the bonfire, and astronomical observation, the event is said to be highly recommended for families.
Glamping/cottages at THE FARM are also available at a discount through Chiba Prefecture’s nationwide travel support “Chiba Tokubari Campaign”. The campaign is applicable until November 30. Please check the official website for detailed conditions.
