Huis Ten Bosch (1-1 Huis Ten Bosch-cho, Sasebo, Nagasaki) will open the world’s largest Miffy specialty store “nijntje” on December 1.
Dick Bruna Shop Ninetyce and Ninetyce Cafe, two of the most popular stores in the park, will be renovated as an interactive store and cafe. The interior has been redesigned with a simple yet lovely design centered on Bruna colors. Inside the store, which offers about 1,000 goods, visitors will be greeted by a large Miffy wearing a red scarf and yellow wooden shoes, holding a Dutch flag, only available in Huis Ten Bosch.
In addition, a new lineup of café menu items has been added. The café will offer gourmet items such as “Miffy’s Manpuku Plate” and “Miffy’s Gorokoro Berry Waffle,” which are made with vegetables produced in Huis Ten Bosch and ingredients from Kyushu and look cute.
