JCB began offering the JCB Numberless Card.
The JCB Numberless Card does not print a card number or security code on the face of the card, and can be used in the event of loss or when making purchases in stores without the card information being seen by a third party. Whenever the card number or security code is needed, such as when shopping online, it can be confirmed via the MyJCB application.
In addition, with “My Safety Settings,” customers can receive real-time notifications each time they use the card or when the designated amount is reached. When applying for a card, customers can choose between a card with a conventional card number and other information printed on the face of the card and a JCB numberless card.
