JTB is running the second “Tour Himeji! Discount Campaign for Accommodation, Car Rentals, and Taxis”.
Up to 40% discount per night for lodging, up to 50% discount for sightseeing cabs, and over $3,000 discount for sightseeing rental cars. Not valid in conjunction with National Travel Assistance.
The period of stay is from November 1 to February 24, 2023, and reservations can be made at participating travel agency outlets or through the website. The 40 participating lodging facilities include APA Hotel Himeji Ekikita, Comfort Hotel Himeji, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji, Chisun Inn Himeji Yumezenbashi, and Hotel Nikko Himeji. To qualify for the discount, applicants must be inoculated with three doses of the novel coronavirus vaccine, or have documentation that proves negative results in PCR, antigen quantitative, and antigen qualitative tests.
The tourist cab discount is available from October 3 to January 31, 2023, and can be applied for by phone or through the website. The discount is up to 50% off the regular fare.
