On October 27, LEGOLAND Japan donated route maps made with LEGO bricks to the Nagoya City Transportation Bureau (Nagoya Station, Sakae Station, City Hall Station, Higashiyama Koen Station) and Nagoya Waterfront Area Rapid Railway (Nagoya Station on the Aonami Line).

The work was created by Ken Muramatsu, a model builder at LEGOLAND Japan (2-2-1 Kinjofuto, Minato-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan). The map of Nagoya Station on the municipal subway system is a large work, measuring 200 x 150 cm, using 1,528 pieces of bricks, and took over 60 hours to complete. In addition, 10 local landmarks and tourist spots, including Nagoya Castle, Atsuta Shrine, and LEGOLAND Japan, are colorfully represented.

At the presentation ceremony held on the same day, Nagoya City Mayor Takashi Kawamura commented, “I hope everyone will visit and enjoy Nagoya more. Mr. Yoshiyuki Honda, President of LEGOLAND Japan, commented, “From the perspective of parents raising children, Nagoya is an attractive city with a wealth of facilities and tourist resources. We would like to promote Nagoya even more.
