Snow Park Yeti (2428 Fujiwara, Suyama, Susono, Shizuoka Prefecture), operated by Fujikyu Group’s Pica, will begin winter operations on October 21, the fastest day for an outdoor ski resort in Japan.

On the first day, an opening ceremony will be held from 9:45am. Susonon, a local character from Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture, will make an appearance to celebrate with fireworks and balloons, and the annual event will also offer free admission for those who come in costume (cosplay) by 10:00. In addition, “Susono water dumplings,” a local delicacy to warm up cold bodies, will be offered free of charge to the first 300 visitors.

In addition, for the 2022-2023 season, under the theme of “Let’s meet at Yeti! as the theme, the “Group de Yeti Discount” (limited to newsletter members) will be on sale, offering a discount on the running fee when four or more friends or family members visit the resort.
