Natsuetsu Puzzle, a smartphone game to collect and play with nostalgic trains. 32 types of trains of Western Japan nostalgic railroad admission tickets are now available!

Posted on October 15, 2022 by News Admin

J-Contents released “Natsuetsu Puzzle” (Android/iOS version), a railroad puzzle game application from its railroad slogan RPG “Platinum Train” on October 14, “Railroad Day”.

This application is a game in which players collect nostalgic trains (=natsutetsu), organize them into puzzle decks, and aim for high scores by using skills and combos. Users can also challenge monthly rankings with other users from all over Japan.

The game features a lineup of 32 different trains designed on the “Nishi-Nippon Kaitetsu Ticket,” which is now on sale at 24 stations along the JR West line. At the stations where the admission tickets are sold, you can use the GPS function of your smartphone to obtain the rarer Natsutetsu and enjoy the game while traveling on the railroad.

The “JR West Kaitetsu NFT Collection” featuring 32 different trains as digital art (NFT) will also be released at the same time, with 3D figures, trading cards, and other merchandise available at “LINE NFT” in limited quantities and for a limited time.

In addition, to commemorate this release, 10 winners will be chosen in a drawing to receive a signed copy of the app’s mascot character “Ballast-chan” by voice actress Maria Naganawa, who plays the role. Entries will be accepted until November 30, 2011 at 23:59.
