SC Global Developments and Niseko Management Services will open the luxury hotel “Snow (Setsu) Niseko” in December.

In addition to apartment-style guest rooms, the hotel features four private hot springs, a sauna, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, etc. Six dining options allow guests to enjoy Hokkaido’s unique cuisine, and a 48-km course offers skiing and other leisure activities.

The room lineup ranges from a 40m2 studio to a five-bedroom penthouse. The hotel will have a total of 190 rooms: 61 studios, 15 one-bedroom suites, 88 two-bedroom suites, 14 three-bedroom suites, 6 four-bedroom suites, and 6 penthouses.

Both the indoor and outdoor hot spring baths are natural hot springs rich in minerals. It is also possible to relieve tension in the sauna and promote blood circulation in the water bath. At the “Rokka” spa, ancient traditional therapies based on Oriental medicine are used to balance the body’s qi, blood, and water using medicinal herbs and other substances. In addition, there is a gym and yoga studio overlooking the courtyard.

Dining options include the French-Italian restaurant méli mélo -Yuki No Koe-, the ramen restaurant AFURI, the wine bar Lounge Bar Park90, Tempura Araki, Crab Sushi Kato INORI, and Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House.

To celebrate the grand opening, the hotel has prepared a special winter opening package that offers up to 25% off the room rate. Reservations can be made from December 1 to March 31, 2023, with rates starting at 37,600 yen per room for two people.
