Support for national travel in Hokkaido, Hokkaido residents can receive 2 doses of vaccine until 31st; 3 doses required for non-members of Hokkaido.

Hokkaido stipulates the following as a description of eligible users in implementing national travel assistance.

If proof of vaccination cannot be presented, negative proof is required, and a test result notification within 3 days of specimen collection for PCR and antigen quantitative tests, and within 1 day of specimen collection for antigen qualitative tests is valid.

The Hokkaido program is called “HOKKAIDO LOVE! Discount” and runs from October 11 to December 20 (including check-out on December 21). The subsidy is 40% of the price of a trip to Hokkaido (up to 8,000 yen for travel products that include transportation, and up to 5,000 yen for other travel products), and coupons (3,000 yen on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays) are given for souvenir purchases, etc.
