AIR DO and Solaseed Air established a joint holding company, Regional Plus Wings Co. Capitalized at 100 million yen, the company is headed by AIR DO President and Representative Director Susumu Kusano as Chairman and Solaseed Air President and Representative Director Kosuke Takahashi as President.
Full text of Chairman Susumu Kusano’s comments Today, Regional Plus Wings, a joint holding company of AIRDO and Solaseed Air, was established, bringing the two companies together as one group. I am very pleased that we have been making preparations for the establishment of Regional Plus Wings since the basic agreement was reached in May last year, and that we have reached this point today. Through the establishment of Regional Plus Wings, we hope that both companies will survive the new business environment and strive to provide our customers with even more comfortable air travel.
