Rakuten Travel, Inc. announced that it will prepare a mechanism to apply for discounts before the government launches the “National Travel Support” program on October 11, 2012.
Domestic lodging and domestic tours (airline ticket + lodging/airline ticket + lodging + rental car) are eligible for discount application. However, some cases may not be eligible depending on the implementation status of each municipality and various conditions.
After making a reservation as usual, the eligible person will be notified that the application process is now open after the decision to implement nationwide travel support has been made. After confirming the conditions and other details on the personal page, the application is completed by clicking the “Discount Application” button.
