Grand opening of APA Hotel Kamata Ekimae, 142 rooms in total, 3-minute walk from JR Kamata Station

Posted on September 29, 2022 by News Admin

APA Hotel held the grand opening of “APA Hotel ” (7-49-5 Nishi-Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo), the fifth APA Hotel in Ota-ku.

The hotel, which has been undergoing renovation work while continuing operations since its pre-opening on March 25, is located a 3-minute walk from JR Kamata Station, providing easy access to Haneda Airport and Shinagawa Station. The 12-story building has a total of 142 rooms, including new superior rooms and twin rooms. In addition to the introduction of ceiling lights for extra brightness and original pillows designed for a good night’s sleep, all rooms are equipped with 50-inch large LCD televisions displaying APA Digital Information, the hotel’s in-house information guide. Guests staying at the hotel (including those using the one-day plan) will be able to watch more than 200 movie and animation titles free of charge.

A “1-second check-in machine” linked to an app is installed at the front desk and lobby on the first floor. By making online payment in advance and completing room selection from 3:00 p.m. on the previous day via “APA Direct” reservation or from 3:00 p.m. on the same day via OTA reservation (online travel booking website), the check-in procedure on the day of check-in can be greatly simplified. The hotel also offers stress-free services such as a new “Express Check-out Post” that processes check-out in real time when the room card key is dropped in the mailbox.
