Vision, exhibiting at Tourism Expo Japan 2022 (September 22-25), was promoting its “Global WiFi” mobile Wi-Fi router rental service for overseas travel and its newly launched glamping business.
Global WiFi, which had experienced a drop in demand due to the Corona disaster, is seeing a return in demand as restrictions on entry and exit are eased. The service had been available at airport counters, pickup lockers, and delivery to homes, but now it is also available at 7-Eleven stores. In addition, 5G is also available, although in limited areas. A coupon for a 25% discount on the service fee was also distributed at the booth.
Glamping-related events include the “VISION GLAMPING Resort & Spa Yamanakako,” which will open in Yamanakako Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, where visitors who respond to a questionnaire via LINE can play a slot game to win free accommodation tickets and other prizes.
