The first event was held in Osaka in 2019 for the Tokyo 2020 Games, followed by the first event in Okinawa in 2020 due to the corona epidemic, and the first event in Osaka in 2021 was postponed again due to the spread of infection, making it four years since 2018 since the first event in Tokyo.
