Rakuten Travel, Inc. has released a ranking of lodging facilities across Japan that have received high word-of-mouth reviews for their meals. The period covered was from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022.
The ranking of hotel categories based on the number of word-of-mouth reviews (out of 5 points) received from hotel guests in the dining category resulted in the “Blanchette Nanki Shirahama” (2498-46, Katada, Shirahama-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture), which offers sushi and teppanyaki at its live kitchen, coming in first place in the City & Leisure category.
In the business category, Hotel Aurae Inn (2-1-1 Tokiwa-machi, Aoi-ku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture), which offers a free breakfast buffet of about 70 Japanese and Western dishes and homemade smoothies, took first place.
