NEXCO West Japan’s “Enjoy Naruto! Narutoku Drive Campaign” starts on October 1. Capsule vending machines with coupons worth up to 5,000 yen are now available.

NEXCO West Japan and Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, are conducting a tourism demand creation campaign, “Enjoy Naruto! Naruto Drive Campaign” to create tourism demand. The campaign will run from October 1 to 30.

The campaign features two events: the “Traveler’s Naruto Lottery” and the “ETC Naruto Tour Coupon. Visitors who use the expressway to go to Naruto City can enjoy discounts on food, sightseeing, shopping, and more.

The “Travelcha Naruto Lottery” capsule vending machines located at Awaji SA (downhill direction, Naruto) and Awajishima-Minami PA (downhill direction, Naruto) on the Kobe-Awaji Naruto Expressway contain coupons worth up to 5,000 yen that can be used at over 50 participating stores in Naruto City, including tourist facilities, souvenir stores, restaurants, etc. The coupons can be used at any of the following locations. The price is 500 yen per ticket. The price is 500 yen per ticket.

To participate in the “ETC Naruto Tour Coupon,” visitors must drive on an expressway from an IC outside Tokushima Prefecture via ETC wireless traffic and exit at either the Naruto IC or the Naruto North IC of the Kobe-Awaji Naruto Expressway. On the day of travel or the following day, go to one of the three redemption spots and present your ETC card at the window during business hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the period to receive a coupon worth 1,000 yen, limited to the first 30 people at each location on each day.
