The outdoor resort complex “Lake Sagami Resort Pleasure Forest” (1634 Wakayanagi, Midori-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will hold the limited-time event “Lake Sagami Illumilion” from November 12 to April 2, 2023. Hours of operation are from 16:00 to 21:00.
Lake Sagami Illumination is one of the largest illumination events in the Kanto region, decorating the park’s vast grounds with 6 million LED bulbs to create a spectacular view of light in harmony with nature. This season, the 14th holding of the event, features an illumination in collaboration with “Sumikko Gurashi”. Visitors can ride the 250-meter-long “Rainbow Lift” to view the spectacular view from above, and enjoy the Sumikko theme area that spreads out beyond the mountain where they land.
During the period, original goods with newly drawn illustrations will be on sale, and a novelty collaboration menu will be offered at the park’s restaurant “Wild Dining”.
