In-the-car sleeping mattress designed for N-VAN: Dual structure of high resilience urethane and high density urethane

Posted on September 6, 2022 by News Admin

Softplen Kogyo has begun pre-sales of an overnight mat exclusively for the N-VAN on Makuake.

The company selected the most suitable material for the mattress from more than 300 types of materials handled, and selected a combination of materials based on body pressure dispersion experiments to achieve the comfort of sleeping on a bed at home, even in a small car.

The mattress has a double-layer structure of “rubber-like high resilience urethane foam” and “high-density urethane chip foam. The soft feel of this structure prevents body pain even after sleeping for a long time. The cover is available in easy-care PVC leather and smooth-feeling polyester mesh.

The scheduled general sales price is 49,800 yen, and Makuake is offering an early bird discount, including 25% off (37,350 yen).
