ANA announces design and flight schedule for “Demon Slayer Jet 3”

Posted on September 5, 2022 by News Admin

ANA has announced the design and flight schedule for the “Demon Slayer Jet 3” which will begin regular domestic flight service on October 3, 2012.

This is the third aircraft in the tie-up project with the “Demon Slayer” anime. The aircraft will feature a dynamic design of Tanjiro, Rengoku, and Tengen, using an illustration by ufotable created exclusively for ANA (Boeing 777-200ER, registration code: JA745A). Special announcements by Sumijiro and his friends will be played on board the aircraft, and the aircraft will also feature a new look, including an original CA apron and headrest cover featuring Shinobu Butterfly.

The flight schedule is fixed for 14 days from October 3 to 16 on a total of six routes; after October 17, flights will not be fixed and will operate on routes throughout Japan. Passengers boarding on October 3, the first day of service, will receive a limited edition original notepad as a commemorative gift (on flights departing from Haneda, Fukuoka, Itami, and Shin-Chitose).

Two types of stainless steel bottles with the aircraft design of “Demon Slayer Jet 3” will be available for sale on September 30. The price is 4,400 yen (4,000 yen for international flights). They can be purchased through the official EC site “ANA STORE/ANA Shopping A-style,” “ANA STORE@SKY” accessible through Wi-Fi in domestic flights and lounges, and “In-flight Duty Free Pre-Order Service” for international flights.

In addition, Natsuki Hanae (playing the role of Tanjiro Kamado), Satoshi Hino (playing the role of Kyojuro Rengoku), and Katsuyuki Konishi (playing the role of Tengen Uzui) will make guest appearances at the unveiling event of the specially designed aircraft to be held at Haneda Airport on October 1. An “Invitation Campaign for the Unveiling Event” is also underway until September 7, in which 75 groups of 150 people will be selected by drawing from among those who applied.
